An original pictorial souvenir map from the United States Pavillion at the 1958 Brusels EXPO (Universal and International Exhibition). The map presents the United States as a country with great diversity in its population. It shows 'hotspots' of immigrants from foreign countries as well as native Americans, main products of industry and agriculture and important historical events like the Christopher Columbus discovering America in 1492, the Mayflower voyage in 1620, the battle of Alamo in 1836 and more. Five paragraphs about the united states as well as the title of the map are written in English, French and Dutch language. The verso contains information about the US pavilion at the EXPO exhibition.
